OH MY NGO e whole place was flooded with health freaks!! mostly body-builders... eeyuckk so gross all their bulging muscles... lol. little did i noe tt my own parents almost bought up e place. haha... went crazy i tell u. mum bought tonnes of health supplements 4 her parents, us(my family) n even her brother. my dad? wasnt any better. bought like a whole carton of royal jelly tablets. -shrugs- ohwells! lol... i, however, uh. well... hee. bought a box of CHOCOLATE health nutri bars tt cost $38.40 n 4 pkts of chocolate fudge shake ($8) tt's gd 4 e body. lol... hey i just couldnt resist them!! CHOCOLATE... heavenly! XD the nutri bars not only had a choc coating, but it had caramel n peanuts in it! e singapore aviva open started on monday. e priliminary rounds were on monday n tuesday, qualifying rounds yesterday n 2dae, quarter finals tml, semi finals on saturday n e FINALS on sunday. went yesterdae n 2dae so far. really really exciting!!

TAUFIK HIDAYAT, peter gade, paaske n rasmussen(e 'invincible pair'), some singles guy frm china tt geor is crazy abt(i 4got his name paisehh), johnssen, eriksen, n a doubles pair frm indonesia. totally rocks man... whoo hoo!! so happy wors! haha... i still gotta get singapore's strongest mixed doubles pair(in this competition) n chen hong's signatures tho.

speaking of e mixed doubles, they totally rock. yesterdae, if u havent heard, they(hendri n yujia) beat china's Chen Qiqiu n Zhao Tingting 15-9, 7-15, 17-16. =D so damn close lor!! we were all rooting n cheering 4 singapore. i had 2 squeeze huiyan's hand. it was a fantastic match. hee.

went 2 tanjong katong park this morning with swee leng, huiyan, christabel n tunn yuan 2 help out with e excavation of e fort there... ms ng, another teacher n some of swee leng n tunn yuan's frens came along too. had a rather fun time there, huiyan n i were given e task of sorting out e pieces of broken flower pots into 3 categories-rim, body n base. then we had 2 count e total number in a sack n write it down. enjoyed my time there. i must sae it was a gd experience 4 me. i'll b sure 2 go back n help out. =D meanwhile we got 2 CIP hrs too. =Pp
