Sunsets.

The one part of the day where the sky is thrown into an array of vivid colours and sings in praise to the Creator. Well, apart from sunrises but I prefer sunsets because its not at an unearthly hour and it signals rest. (: After coming to Melbourne, I've had the wonderful opportunity of experiencing gorgeous sunsets from the simple view of my window against my school's backdrop. It isn't the most beautiful backdrops for a sunset to be viewed from, but the sunsets in itself are so breathtaking that nothing else matters anymore. As I'm typing this, the world outside my window is singing gold and blue, and the remaining sunrays are shining on the leaves of the tree by my window, casting them with a pretty golden sheen. The wind is blowing, and golden-lined clouds waft across the blue-grey sky. Birds chirp and get ready for bed, and I'm nice and warm in my room with the presence of God surrounding me. What more can I ask for? (:

Terribly sorry for neglecting my poor blog, anyway. Got really lazy and uninspired to write anything. Wanted to keep track of my 2 week break in Singapore with pictures and all, but as usual I was caught up with activities and stuff. But going back to Singapore was totally worth it, even if it was just for a measly two weeks. And although I didn't manage to catch up with some of my friends which was a bummer, I did do the things that I wanted to do (apart from eating chilli crab boo) and spent quite a bit of time with my maternal grandparents who ever-so-kindly sponsored my trip back. (:

School has been pretty alright I guess.. Semester 1 came and went so fast that its scary how year 1 in university is coming to an end. Thank God for bringing me through the first half of the year anyway. He blessed me with awesome friends, and relatively decent grades for my exams. Phew. Hahaha and now as I enter the middle of week 4 of semester 2, I just hope that He will continue to guide me as I learn to be a better physiotherapist. May He bless me with wisdom and discipline too! Really need the latter, especially haha I cannot afford to slack off the way I did in semester 1. /:

One of the highlights of semester 2 is that Sab's joined me in Melbourne! Initially was supposed to do foundation at Trinity, but now she's in Melbourne University doing some mass comm course. Whichever the case I'm just glad that we're finally in the same country with no more time difference. (: And although its been more than a month since she came, sometimes I just can't believe that we're no longer in different countries and it makes me very happy. (: There's something very warming and reassuring about having your best friend close by even though you may not see her a lot. Love you Sabs. (:

Anywayzz its time I go continue my research for my SDH essay on eggs and cholesterol.. And my group is killing me I wish they would take me initiative in things ugh. Shouldn't have taken my semester 1 group for granted! We totally rocked last semester haha ohwellllll. Hopefully I won't let my poor blog rot off again. Haha alrighty.
