hurr. training wasnt training 2dae. if i knew wat we were gonna do 2dae i wouldnt hav bothered to wake up so early in e morning 2 go 4 it. bleahx. i think i sorta strained my back muscles during a match against my junior... so i lost e game. MY BACK HURT LIKE CRAZY. oww. i needed YOKO YOKO but huiyan didnt hav it... lol but i think she's gonna buy it 4 me. hee! in return i think i shall buy her panadol cold reliever. haha tt poor girl almost died cos of her terrible cold. *shakes head*

my parents brought me 2 e GNC warehouse sale after training... OH MY NGO e whole place was flooded with health freaks!! mostly body-builders... eeyuckk so gross all their bulging muscles... lol. little did i noe tt my own parents almost bought up e place. haha... went crazy i tell u. mum bought tonnes of health supplements 4 her parents, us(my family) n even her brother. my dad? wasnt any better. bought like a whole carton of royal jelly tablets. -shrugs- ohwells! lol... i, however, uh. well... hee. bought a box of CHOCOLATE health nutri bars tt cost $38.40 n 4 pkts of chocolate fudge shake ($8) tt's gd 4 e body. lol... hey i just couldnt resist them!! CHOCOLATE... heavenly! XD the nutri bars not only had a choc coating, but it had caramel n peanuts in it! OMG! hehehe... couldnt resist the temptation... =Pp altogether me n my parents bought up $600 worth of health supplements. GOSH. =Pp

cut my hair after lunch!! whee~! haha... damn nice lor! hee. but aunty jessica thinned my hair too much... now my ponytail's so thin n skinny!! eeyer. haha but still she did a wonderful job. =D ohwells. she's e best! =))
