everyone is a child of God. its just that some believe, and others don't.

peace is something that everyone wants, its something that's vital in our lives. God never fails to set weary hearts at ease. this verse did that to my parents, when they worried after me when i was overseas, again and again.

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." -Matthew 7:7-8
i confess that sometimes i just pray, without believing, but God still answers my prayer. then that makes me feel rotten inside and makes me believe even harder the next time i pray. all you have to do is ask, and believe that God'll answer your prayers. believing is something like doing our part of the pact, and God'll help you in return.

The Lord is my light and salvation - whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1

i'm not afraid to confess that i love Him with all my might, all my soul and all my strength. after all, what's there to be ashamed of?

Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. -1 peter 5:7
to cast means to throw with all your strength. so by casting all your anxieties on Jesus, you're throwing them away with abandonment, letting Jesus handle it for you.
