I'm sick!! And it totally sucks. ):

Started off with a cough on Friday.. Then yesterday I had a temperature and wanted to die. I think it was because I didn't give myself proper rest over the weekend.. Had Aunty Mary's cell group on Saturday night, then weekly stay over at Rydges with Pris, then church the next day, lunch in the city before heading back. Then Pris came to stay over at Glenn and that's when I died. Somehow ended up being persuaded by that stupid girl to order Dominos Pizza for dinner and watched the HK drama until 12. Then blew up the inflatable bed that Pris brought and I ended up sleeping on it. Didn't sleep until 1am, though, because we were talking and talking haha damn funny. Even though I felt like dying, I had a lot of fun! Got my mind off my illness anyway.

Then today! Didn't go to school.. Went to see a doctor in the afternoon and weirdly enough he said I didn't have a fever. So he just gave me cough syrup and sent me off. -.- Apparently I've got some kind of virus, thats why I didn't get any antibiotics. My thermometer keeps telling me that I have a fever, though.. So I'm not sure if its spoilt or not. Gotta get a new one in case.. But anyway, I got a MC for today and tomorrow, so I'll be sleeping through tomorrow as well! I need the rest. (:

Being sick when you're abroad by yourself really sucks, if you ask me. There's no one to look after you, you gotta fend for yourself. I really missed home and my parents, man! And I had such a craving for plain porridge with minced pork, pickles and omelette. My mum always makes Ivy cook that whenever I'm sick. AHHH THIS STINKS. It was worse just now when Sheryl dropped by to pass me dinner from the dining hall.. The beehoon was so salty that my cough is never going to get better. ARGH I WANT TO SCREAM! I'm starting to be unable to tahan the food here already.. Its so salty and unhealthy that I just want to puke it all out. Sigh, I sound so homesick. /: But I just want to move out of Glenn, into Rydges and cook for myself. Then I can make porridge and omelette and feel better. Sian. ):

Okay homesick rant is over. I love Brian Tan Boon Keng!! (Although he's an idiot) Because he got the Jansport bag that I wanted for me!! Within like, 2 days?? Omg talk about bloody efficient haha. And he got Pris' one as well!! So my mum is going to ship them over to me :D Yay, I have a new backpack! Oh, and my old Cedar uniform is coming over as well! Because Glenn is holding a whole week of parties during O-week (Orientation week for the July intake of uni students), and one of the parties' themes is Back 2 School! So we have to wear our uniforms haha yay I'm so eggcitied!! :DD I sound like a freaking party animal, omg. Actually I'm not really looking forward to O-week because of all the massive partying that's going to take place, but I'm just excited for Back 2 School haha. So fun!
